PEACH SHAKE
2 cups peeled, sliced
fresh peaches
½ cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups cold milk
1 quart peach ice cream
Combine ingredients in blender.
Mix until thick and fluffy.
Serve.
Makes 8 servings.

HONEY ICE CUBES
½ cups honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cups very hot water Blend honey, lemon juice and hot water; mix well.
Pour into ice trays. Freeze.
Serve in iced tea or punch.

FRUIT PUNCH
¼ cup lemon juice
2 cups water
1 cup orange juice
2 cups grape juice
4 tablespoons honey
Mix thoroughly. Chill. Serves 6.

RHUBARB DELIGHT
1½ cups unsweetened pineapple juice
1 cup diced rhubarb (fresh or unsweetened frozen)
1 pint strawberry ice cream
½ cup honey
Place pineapple juice, rhubarb and honey in blender container; cover,
liquefy until smooth about 1 minute.
Add ice cream. Blend until smooth and frothy.
Serve immediately in tall chilled glasses.
Yields 4 cups.

MOSCOW TEA
1¼ ounce box stick cinnamon
1¼ ounce box whole cloves
¾ cup honey
Juice of 3 oranges, rind of 1
Juice of 6 lemons, rind of 1
1/3 cup black tea
5 quarts boiling water
Cook spice, honey and grated rind with 2 cups water
for 10 minutes.
Let stand 1 hour and strain.
Steep tea in boiling water for 1 minute.
Then add fruit juice and spice mixture.
Serve hot.
Makes about 45 cups.

APPLE CIDER PUNCH
½ gallon apple cider
2 cups orange juice
1 cup lemon juice
¼ cup honey
1 2 ½-inch cinnamon stick
5 whole cloves
¼ teaspoon ground allspice
1½ teaspoons butter
Bring to a boil; cover, simmer for 1 hour.
To serve, strain off spices.
Yields ½ gallons.
ORANGE JULIUS
1 cup milk
1 cup water ¼ cup honey
6 ounces frozen orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
Put in blender and blend until smooth.
Add 10 ice cubes and blend.
Makes four 8-oz. drinks.

FRESH LIMEADE
1 cup fresh lime juice
4 cups water
Honey to taste
Fresh mint sprigs and maraschino cherries for garnish
Combine juice and water. Add honey to taste. Pour in tall, chilled
glasses half-filled with ice. Stir. Garnish with mint and cherries.
Serves 4
